The GS2 increases productivity and cutting power by allowing for a higher cutting pressure up to 500 gf, and a cutting speed of 850 mm per sec. It’s capable of cutting a wide variety of materials – ranging from thin heat transfer sheets and window films to thick paper and rubber sheets for sandblasting, as well as commonly used vinyl sheets – quickly and accurately. The GS2 is small enough to fit on a desktop. If desired, the included stand can be used to free up some desk space.
The GS2 combines remarkable functionality and versatility with the legendary Roland DG durability, dependability and dependability. It is unbeatable in many applications including sports apparel, T shirt customization, office displays, indoor and exterior advertisements, signs, vehicle graphics, and other displays. It is also possible to produce stickers and labels quickly and efficiently by using photos or illustrations printed on commercial inkjets. Roland DG CutStudio design program is included. It makes it easy to create cut data, such as text, simple shapes and illustrations. This powerful and user-friendly software makes it easy to extract outlines from image data. The GS2 also comes with dedicated plug-in software for outputting directly from Adobe® Illustrator® and CorelDRAW®, which are both widely used in the design field.
Roland DG Connect is compatible with GS2 and users will appreciate its ease-of-use. This cloud-based app helps customers and employees with different goals, skills, and requirements to maximize customer satisfaction.
