Printed Promotional products set to boom in 2023 (video)

Most Sign & Display printers are aware of the ‘lateral’ markets available to them, thanks to many having screen or pad printing backgrounds. The most visible opportunities are t-shirts, baseball caps, and coffee mugs. They can be branded with DTG, heat transfer, or dye-sub. Flags, bunting, and banners can all be made in small runs, as well as on-demand. Australian Promotional Products Association has 5 Roadshows and 2 trade fairs planned for 2023.

Mutoh and Mimaki offer benchtop UV printers which can apply inks to any object. You can use your imagination to create phone covers, mouse mats or conference folders.

The APPA will engage in a busy schedule of trade shows and roadshows in 2023. This is in addition to the successful re-starting of events in 2022 due to pandemic restrictions. From August 16th-17th in Sydney, the Promo Show 2023 will be the main event. The NZ Promo Show at Alexandra Park, Auckland follows two days later.
