Gilcrease Museum Partners With Printing Studio To Teach Tulsa Teenagers
On Saturday, teenagers had the opportunity to create their very own printed collages.
The Gilcrease Museum partnered up with Flash Flood Print Studios in Admiral and Lewis for a workshop on Riso-Zine.
It’s an easy way to copy designs and print them on paper.
It’s really cool and hands-on to create an image using an older machine known as a riso. We can either draw or collage and do it in two colors.
The workshop is part of Gilcrease in Your Neighborhood, a program sponsored by the museum that sponsors art displays and events around Tulsa while the new museum is being built.
