ColorJet introduces eco-friendly printing solution at DTG Dhaka 2023

India-based ColorJet Group, leading manufacturer of digital textile and inkjet printers, has introduced its sustainable pigment printing solution called the Earth Series at the ongoing DTG-Dhaka Int’l Textile & Garment Machinery Exhibition 2023 for the Bangladesh market.

The Earth Series, a digital textile printing solution that uses sustainable pigments, is an advanced and sustainable option for textile printing. This reduces the use of water and energy, while positively affecting the environment. ColorJet released a press release saying that the company was positively received at ITME 2022.

ColorJet Group, an India-based company, has launched its sustainable pigment printing solution called Earth Series at DTG Dhaka 20,23. This will be available for Bangladesh. The Earth Series reduces water and energy consumption, which positively impacts the environment. These digital pigment inks are high-performance and rely on an innovative binder technology.

ColorJet Earth Pigment Inks offer superior printability and fastness properties by heat fixation. This is in contrast to the more difficult process for reactive, acids, or direct disperse electronic printing. The high-performance digital pigments inks are made using an innovative binder technology that allows for industrial textile printing that is fast, durable, and competitively priced on virtually any fabric type.

The Earth series comes with three models—32, 16, and 8—inkjet powered by Konica Minolta print heads and also combines ColorJet’s three new technologies—Kiloton, Purge Plus, and Osci Plus.

Arun Varshney (business head, ColorJet textile company) said: “Many garment houses are getting into backward integration and setting up AOP/digital textile printing in Bangladesh to bring more value to the business. A lot of Bangladeshi manufacturers of quality garments are aware that Bangladesh has huge potential to export to the European Union. This means they need to be able to offer a more sustainable, environmentally-friendly printing option. We are encouraging the textile industry to establish a sustainable eco system and be the change for the world through product and services offered by ColorJet.”

At the ColorJet Stall, visitors can view fabric samples for apparel, such as denims, jackets and kaftans. You can view the ColorJet Earth Series samples at DTG Dhaka, Hall no. 1 A and Booth no. 026 through February 18, 20,23
